Let it be known throughout the valleys, forests, and far‑flung realms that His Majesty the King has proclaimed a Grand Royal Tournament, the likes of which has not been seen since ages past!
All brave patrols are hereby summoned to answer the call. Gather thy companions, don thy colors, and raise thy banner proudly, for the road calls you eastward. Mount thy steeds and make haste to the storied grounds of Camp Eastman, where courage shall be tested, skill shall be proven, and honor shall be won.
On the 11th day of April, in the Year of Our Lord 2026, the Annual Eagle Valley Spring Camporee shall commence. Upon these fields, patrol shall face patrol in trials of wit, strength, and teamwork. Only one shall rise above all others to claim eternal glory as the Patrol of Champions, whose name shall be spoken with reverence in halls and camps for generations to come.
All challengers must present themselves at the camp gates for check‑in at half past seven in the morning, lest they miss their chance at greatness.
Sharpen thy skills. Steel thy resolve. For legend is not given — it is earned.
This years Spring Camporee will not be merit badge base, as some of our Camporees have been in the past. This Camporee, Scouts will break up in to their patrols and will compete in a series of Scout Skill Challenges. From First Aid, to Archery, to Fire building, and lashing. Lunch will be provided.
Units will be allowed to camp Friday Night and Saturday Night. We have a few campsites booked for this event, but since we are doing this in conjunction with the OA Conclave we will be restricting Units to a handful of sites so the Conclave experience isn’t ruined for those who are attending.
A leaders guide will be released in the next week that will go over the competition and what to expect.
