Description
The Highland Games are one of Scotland’s great sporting traditions. The Games happen outdoors all over Scotland, as well as in other countries. Competitions have been taking place for hundreds of years.
Saukenauk will be turned into the Scottish Highlands, January 16 through January 18, 2026. All Mississippi Valley Council troops or clans will be welcome to compete in traditional Scottish Highland Games, which will include sheaf toss, haggis hurl, tug o’war and caber toss.
Units may setup their shelters/site up no earlier than December 13th, 2025 on main side only.
To Register for the event.
- Select the number of attendees (Scouts and Adults) who will be attending and click Register. This will add them to your cart.
- Click “Checkout” to finish registration.
- Fill in all requested Billing information, including attendee information.
- If you plan to “Pay at the Scout Shop” Select “Pay at Scout Shop.”
- Once finished click “Placed Ordered”
- You should receive an email with a confirmation.
NOTE: IF YOU do not receive a confirmation email within a day, DO NOT go through the process again. Please contact the Scout Office first for verification.
